2. Service Guarantees

While we implement industry-best SEO practices, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue generation. Search engine algorithms are complex and subject to change, and results depend on numerous factors including website quality, competition, and market conditions.

3. Trial Period

New clients are welcome to a 14-day trial period from the start date of their service. During this trial:

  • You receive our full services as per your selected tier
  • You can evaluate our work and communication style
  • You may cancel within 14 days for a full refund of trial fees
  • Cancellation must be requested in writing via email to contact@nodeshare.us

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services due to our error or negligence
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel within the 14-day trial period
  • Billing Error: If there is a billing error on our part that results in overcharging
  • Service Unavailability: If our services become completely unavailable for more than 30 consecutive days due to technical issues on our end

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Cancellations after the 14-day trial period (monthly subscriptions renew automatically)
  • Services rendered after you requested changes to the service scope
  • Refunds for failure to achieve specific rankings or traffic goals (as results depend on many factors outside our control)
  • Services paid for in advance, once the service period has commenced beyond the 14-day trial
  • Cancellations due to client-side issues (website problems, content issues, technical problems)

6. Monthly Subscription Refunds

After the 14-day trial period, monthly subscriptions operate on a continuous basis. Monthly charges renew automatically on your billing date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription before your billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date.

7. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Submit a written refund request to contact@nodeshare.us with your account details
  • Include a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  • We will review your request and respond within 10 business days
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

8. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund and your request has been denied, you may submit a dispute for review. Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the denial with supporting documentation and a detailed explanation of your concerns. Our management team will review all disputes and respond within 15 business days.

  • Submit the cancellation at least 3 business days before your next billing date
